Pure Cuteness – Saved the Best for Last Though

3 Year Old Soccer

Today they had the 3 year olds try to play a soccer “game”, which was absolutely hilarious to watch.  Most of the kids would just kick the ball (usually the wrong way) and stand there afterwards.  Sometimes though, they would dribble it down the field and chase after it.  Bennet did great and really loved playing soccer just as much as teeball.

 

   

Before the Rain Came

After our Saturday morning bike ride around town, the boys wanted to play in the pool for a while.  It’s amazing how much fun kids can have with a $20.00 blow-up pool from Wal-mart.  :)

Summer = Pool Time!

These little fish are nonstop from the minute we arrive until the minute we leave.  I’m really enjoying watching them more from the sidelines this year and seeing their enthusiasm for the water.

Bennet’s First T-Ball/Soccer Team – The Brown Bears

Bennet had a very big day today and has been looking forward to it for a long time.  He had his first t-ball practice and is a very proud Brown Bear.  These three year olds were so fun to watch, we couldn’t soak it in enough.  With such little guys, they work on their skills at different stations and then at the end of their session, they play a “game”.  Bennet did so great and I was amazed how everyone on his team listened so well.  His coach was wonderful and he had such a good time.  At the end, he ran over to me and Nana and said, “Mommy, I did it!”  After t-ball, he went with Hayden to their preschool for Ooooeeeyy Goooeeeyy Tuesdays.  This was Bennet’s first time at his new preschool that he’ll attend next year.  He was so happy to finally be a big boy.  Hayden was a great big brother and showed him “the ropes”.  After preschool, we went out to eat with Nana and Papa and played outside some more.  Without a nap and all of the excitement,  Bennet fell asleep on the couch at 5:30 before dinner and we couldn’t wake him.  So, we just put him to bed.  What an awesome and special day!
