It’s really hard to believe that this school year is almost over. Next week will be their last week and both boys are quite exicted. Hayden’s had a great 1st grade year and has definitely enjoyed having Mrs. Brooks for his teacher. It’s amazing to see how far he’s progressed in 1st grade, especially with reading and math. And, as you can see from the shot below, he’s finally lost one of his two front teeth. The other one will be soon to follow this summer as it’s right there ready to pop out. As for Bennet, he’s also loved his preschool and will be sad to leave it for good as he’ll be off to Kindergarten next year. He’s super excited about it though and can’t wait to be at the same school as his big brother. Like Hayden, he’s made a lot of progress this year and has now even started doing some simple addition problems and learning lots of new sight words. Spring has brought out all of the beautiful flowers, green grass and nice weather. I can’t wait to get outside more with the boys and take some more fun pictures!
