Summer!!!!

Although this summer has only just begun, the four of us are having a blast so far and are really enjoying the gorgeous weather. We haven’t started any of our park district stuff (except for tennis lessons) so we’ve had time during the day to sleep in an hang out. Lately, the kids have been playing outside everyday and are liking the slip and slide and water balloons. We went over to our good friend’s house for Memorial Day and the boys got to ride a four wheeler for the 1st time. The two of them loved it, espeically Bennet who I’m convinced could go for hours and hours. A man of speed. Their farm is so fun and is so peaceful.  We’ve been to the library a couple of times and Hayden has already met his 1st reading goal.  Jamie and I went to Chicago and had a wonderful time while the boys stayed with Gigi and Popi. Time just keeps flying by so I’m trying to savor these warm summer days with my kids before their too old and don’t want to hang out with me anymore.
